We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, the delivery time depends on your location:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–5 working days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 working days
- International: 7–14 working days

Can I return my watch?
Absolutely. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your watch within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All original accessories, tags, and the watch box must be included
To start a return, simply contact our support team via the contact page on our website. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every Sapphero watch is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues.
Covered under warranty:
- Internal mechanism failure
- Faulty crown, clasp, or links
Not covered under warranty:
- Accidental damage (drops, scratches)
- Water damage from improper use
- Normal wear and tear
If your watch qualifies for warranty service, contact our support team and we’ll assist you with the repair or replacement process.
